Our pet sitters have been carefully selected for their love of pets, their expertise and their experience in the field. We also have implemented a world-class staff training system, including external pet-first aid and fear-free certification and internal training with a qualified pet behaviourist. So, you can rest assured our team are capable in an emergency and qualified in providing gentle, loving pet care. As if that wasn’t enough, they are over seen by a highly qualified management team with over 10 years in the industry.

Whilst we do not have a vet on our team, we are fully first aid certified and we utilise a network of the best veterinary clinics and hospitals in Dubai.

Our dedication to your dog’s safety and welfare means that we do not offer dog park trips. Dog parks are an environment we cannot control, and the risk of an injury or illness is too high for us to risk your beloved family member.

We have a variety of visit lengths depending on the service and yours and your pet’s individual requirements. We do stay for the exact length of time you’ve booked us for, and use geotags through our communication software to demonstrate this to you.

Absolutely we can! We will stay in your own home, with your pets and provide exact same care you would. Our pet sitters are so good they might not even miss you! We stay in your own home for a set period from evening till morning.

All our sitters have undergone practical, in person pet first aid and CPR training.

We will arrange a vet visit as soon as possible either with your own vet or a trusted vet in our network.

All our dog sitters are fully trained in heat stroke prevention and first aid. They will always keep the temperature in mind and adjust the walk accordingly. If your sitter/walker feels it is too hot for a walk, they will offer a quick comfort break in the shade and then play and enrichment alternatives depending on the service chosen.

Our team, whilst brilliant, are not certified trainers. They are capable of following and reinforcing previously trained cues as per your instructions, and will gently enforce loose leash walking to ensure no bad habits sneak in during our visits. We do have fear free certified trainers and behaviourists we can refer you to if you need any training support.

Absolutely! We believe its important for you to meet the person taking care of your furry family member. It also allows us to meet and get to know your pet and go over their care routine so we make sure we are caring for them just as you would.

We have a few ways of exchanging keys. We can take the key during the meet and greet for no extra fee. We can also retrieve or return the key from a safe location such as lock box or building reception. Finally, we do offer a key collection and delivery service at your convenience for a small fee.

Our team receive full practical and theoretical training upon joining with us. The topics include pet care, wellness, fear free handling, behaviour and body language. Because we believe once is not enough our team receive ongoing training on all these topics throughout their time in our team

Our sitters are carefully selected for their warm, caring personalities and their experience. They are all fully and legally employed by us. Beware of the apps who pair you with sitters who have simply paid a fee to join and not undergone any sort of training or selection process.

Yes absolutely. Provided your cat is used to going on outdoor adventures in our dedication to providing enrichment-based care just like you would, we will of course take your cat on a walk. We are confident in our training and safety protocols that your cat will have a fun, enriching adventure.

We cover the whole of Dubai currently! From the Springs, Meadows, Lakes and The Greens to Palm Jumeirah, Al Safa and Umm Suqeim, down to business bay and downtown and back to Arabian ranches (1,2&3), Damac hills and Mudon. We even go as far as Townsquare and Mira.
